These include real estate purchase contracts of all kinds (single-family and multi-family properties, condominiums, heritable building rights), purchase from developers, project development, dividing condominiums according to the German Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz), loan securities, and real estate transfers by way of anticipated succession. Our services include communication with the authorities, banks and third parties. This process is brought to a close with the successful registration in the land register.
